Chapter Public Relations Officer

The duties of the Chapter Public Relations Officer as defined in the Chapter’s Constitution are:

  • Edit and distribute a newsletter or similar publication as may be authorized by the Executive Board and the chapter membership.
  • Write articles of interest pertaining to chapter affairs for local newspapers and official publications of the Association.
  • Ensure that all media inquiries about CSEA activities are directed to the Public Relations office; and ensure that official press releases or statements about CSEA activities are released by the Public Relations office.
  • In conjunction with the Chapter Secretary, publish and distribute communications under the direction of the Executive Board.
  • Perform such other duties as normally pertain to the Public Relations Officer or as may be assigned by the President/Executive Board or ordered by this constitution.
