Past President

• Act as counselor to the elected officers and assist the Executive Board in the performance of its duties.
• In the absence or disability of the President, 1st Vice President, and 2nd Vice President, possess all of the powers and perform all of the duties in the President’s stead.
• Become familiar with the Chapter Constitution, policies and procedures, and Robert’s Rules of Order.
• Perform such duties as may be assigned by the President and/or the Executive Board.
