Chapter 2nd Vice President

The duties of the Chapter 2nd Vice President as defined in the Chapter’s Constitution are:

• In the absence or disability of the 1st Vice President, possess all of the powers and perform all of the duties in his/her stead.
• At all times assist the President and 1st Vice President in the performance of their duties.
• Assume the office of 1st Vice President if a vacancy occurs.
• Serve as Chairperson of the Membership Committee.
• Coordinate the activities of the standing committees.
• Become familiar with the Chapter Constitution, policies and procedures, and Robert’s Rules of Order.
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President/Executive Board or ordered by this constitution.
