Chapter 262 Executive Board
The Executive Board oversees and conducts chapter business between the general membership meetings and determines recommendations on matters requiring discussion and action by the general membership. The Board shall be subject to the orders of the Chapter membership, and none of its actions shall conflict with actions taken by the Chapter membership.
