Negotiations Update

November 4, 2011

CSEA 262 and the District met for their 18th session on Friday, November 4, 2011. During the session:

• CSEA brought forward a proposal on Article 7, Salaries
• CSEA brought forward a proposal on Article 8, Health and Welfare Benefits
• Continued discussion on Article 18, Personal / Professional Growth
• Reached a tentative agreement on Article 13
• Continued discussion on Management Rights
• Established the agenda for the next session scheduled for November 14, 2011
