Chapter Negotiations Teams

The Negotiations Team conducts negotiations for salaries, benefits, and other matters that are mandatory subjects of bargaining. The Negotiations Team is directed by the Executive Board, and its members must be chapter members in good standing.

The Chapter President or designee acts as the chair of the committee. Team members will survey members, prepare an initial proposal of subjects to negotiate, negotiate the contract, and prepare the tentative agreements for chapter member ratification.
