Chapter Union Stewards
Union Stewards are part diplomat, part communicator, and sometimes part enforcer. CSEA’s goal is to work collaboratively, and the steward ensures the members’ rights are protected, that there are no contractual or policy violations, and to help resolve any issues at the lowest level possible.
