HOW TO VERIFY AND CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS

At the Chapter meeting on Wednesday, several members asked about how to verify where the retroactive COLA checks will be mailed.  You can verify and change, if necessary, your mailing address on the portal login link found on every Mt. SAC web page (see image below).

Once you have logged into the portal, click on the “Employee” tab.  Then select the “Employee Services” link on the Self-Service menu (see images below).

In the “Personal Information” tab, click the “View Addresses and Phones” link.  The window will show where your checks will be mailed.  If this is the correct address, you don’t have to do anything more.  You can exit the portal.  If the address is incorrect, then click on the “Return to Menu” link at the far right to get back to the previous menu.

From the “Personal Information” tab, now click the the “Update Addresses and Phones” link.

Click on the “Current” link to open the next window to enter your personal information.

Enter your current address and phone number(s).  When you are done, make sure to click the “Submit” button (circled) to save your changes and submit.  Your checks will be mailed to that address.
